Why should a person follow the guidelines of the internet in school? They should follow it because it will be a great thing if students used good manners and appropriate actions. It will also help the school cut down on people who are using the school for their own uses.

The school should be used for official business such as work, projects, and reports etc.
It should followed also because the recipent should not want to be in trouble with the teachers for not following instructions and not reading your manual
